The location of this apartment was perfect for exploring the beautiful town of Castro Urdiales. From the apartment, it was just a short walk to the harbor and the stunning 13th Gothic Church. We also found two lovely beaches within a 15-minute stroll, or we could use the ramp at the harbor for a great swimming spot like the locals. There were also plenty of traditional bars and restaurants in close proximity, offering delicious food. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for our stay. Despite the language barrier, the owner was accommodating and helpful.

Although the entrance to the apartment building may look dated and run-down, the interior of the apartment was a pleasant surprise. However, some aspects of the apartment did have their drawbacks.

I was overwhelmed by how very good it was, loved the location and people. Everything was perfect and I got ironing for free. Having a handy kitchenette was a bonus. The bed was comfy, central heating, television and a microwave oven were useful.

believe the reviews, everything was brand-new. the room was spacious and available exactly like in the pictures. a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets were a bonus. in the evening i visited bar quinto pino, set nearby, for a few drinks.

The location of the hotel is fantastic as it is very close to the sea front and on the beach. The rooms are comfortable and clean, providing a pleasant stay. The bathroom facilities are excellent and the service provided by the staff is top-notch.

The location was fantastic, just steps away from the beach and close to all the shops and restaurants in town. The town itself was beautiful, and we enjoyed exploring the historic sights and waterfront restaurants. The check-in process was easy, and the building felt safe.

The apartment was difficult to find as there was no reception, and it was more like an Airbnb than a hotel. The space we stayed in was smaller than expected and lacked some amenities.

This place was the perfect base for exploring the popular places in the area and I received a warm welcome from the owner.

Our stay at Castro Sun And Beach was excellent value for money. The room was clean and exactly as shown in the photos. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the attractions we wanted to visit. The staff, especially Mr. Iñigo, were incredibly kind and helpful despite the language barrier.

The breakfast option could be improved with a wider variety of choices.

Possible noise from other apartments, but street is calm at night. WiFi available. Perfectly located near attractions, bus stop, supermarkets, restaurants, etc. No elevator, may not suit heavy luggage or elderly.
